• PayPal payments: When you purchase a Health Plan PDF ($1), PayPal processes the transaction. We receive your PayPal name and transaction ID. We do not see your card details.

• Analytics: We may use privacy-focused analytics to count page views and understand which calculators are most popular. No personally identifiable information is tracked.
• Local storage: We store your recently-used calculators and theme preference in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device.

• To respond to your Contact form messages.
• To fulfil Health Plan PDF downloads after PayPal payment.
• To improve the site based on aggregate, anonymous usage patterns.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

All calculator inputs are processed client-side. Your health data (weight, height, age, gender, etc.) is never transmitted to our servers. Calculations happen entirely in your browser using JavaScript.

Contact form submissions are transmitted securely (HTTPS) to Web3Forms. PayPal transactions are processed through PayPal's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
