Information you provide voluntarily:

• Contact form: Name, email address, and message content — submitted via Web3Forms.
• PayPal payments: When you purchase a Health Plan PDF ($1), PayPal processes the transaction. We receive your PayPal name and transaction ID. We do not see your card details.

Information collected automatically:

• Analytics: We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookie-free and record anonymous, aggregated page views and performance metrics. No personally identifiable information is tracked.
• Shareable result links: Some calculators (for example the fun calculators) put your inputs, such as names, into the page URL so you can share a result. That URL is only shared if you choose to share it.
• Exchange rates: The currency converter downloads public exchange-rate data from a third-party API; no personal data is sent with that request.
• Local storage: We store your recently-used calculators and theme preference in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device.

• To respond to your Contact form messages.
• To fulfil Health Plan PDF downloads after PayPal payment.
• To improve the site based on aggregate, anonymous usage patterns.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

All calculator inputs are processed client-side. Your health data (weight, height, age, gender, etc.) is never transmitted to our servers. Calculations happen entirely in your browser using JavaScript.

Contact form submissions are transmitted securely (HTTPS) to Web3Forms. PayPal transactions are processed through PayPal's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

We use the following third-party services that may set cookies:

• Google AdSense: May set advertising cookies when ads are active. You can manage ad personalisation at Google Ad Settings.
• Google Fonts: We load the Inter font from Google Fonts. Google's privacy policy applies.
