How to make a upi qr code

  1. 1Enter your UPI ID (find it in your UPI app under Profile) and your shop or payee name.
  2. 2Leave the amount empty so customers type it, or set a fixed amount for a set price.
  3. 3Pick the “Scan to pay” frame, add the ₹ badge or your logo, and choose colours.
  4. 4Download PNG or SVG, or print the A4 sheet — then test-pay ₹1 from another phone.

Frequently asked questions

Is this UPI QR code free? Does it expire?

Yes, it is completely free and it never expires. It is a static UPI QR code — the payment details are stored inside the code itself, so it keeps working as long as your UPI ID is active, with no subscription.

Which apps can scan this UPI QR code?

Any UPI app: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, Cred and bank apps. The code uses the standard upi://pay format defined by NPCI.

Does money go directly to my bank account?

Yes. The QR code only contains your UPI ID, so payments go straight to the bank account linked to that UPI ID. MyCalc never sees or handles the money.

Can I set a fixed amount in the UPI QR code?

Yes. Enter an amount to create a fixed-price QR (great for a set menu or fee). Leave it empty and customers can enter any amount.

Why does an app show a warning when paying?

Some apps show a caution if the payee name in the QR differs from the name on the bank account, or for first-time payees. Use the name that matches your UPI account and always test with ₹1 before printing.
