1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyCalc (my-calc.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MyCalc provides free, browser-based calculator tools for financial, health, mathematical, and general-purpose calculations. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We also offer an optional paid Health Plan PDF download service ($1 per plan) processed through PayPal.

3. Medical & Health Disclaimer

⚠️ Important: Our health and fitness calculators (BMI, calorie, body fat, pregnancy, fertility, etc.) and Health Plan PDFs are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

  • They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • They are not a substitute for professional medical guidance.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • MyCalc, its owner, and contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the calculators, reliance on results, or actions taken based on calculator outputs.
  • Calculator results are estimates based on standard formulas. They may not account for your specific circumstances, regional variations, or individual health conditions.
  • Financial calculator results are not financial advice and should not replace consultation with a qualified financial professional.
  • We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in calculator results.

5. Payments & Refunds

Health Plan PDF purchases are processed by PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to:

  • PayPal's User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
  • The $1 fee is non-refundable after the PDF has been downloaded, as digital goods are delivered instantly.
  • If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us for a resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on MyCalc — including design, code, text, graphics, and the MyCalc brand — is the intellectual property of MyCalc and is protected by copyright law.

Mathematical formulas and algorithms used in the calculators are based on publicly available, widely-used formulas (BMI formula, compound interest formula, etc.) and are not proprietary.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
